> Gabriel Pauli is a Brazilian Senior Product Designer based in Dublin, Ireland. He designs B2B fleet management software at Verizon Connect, where he builds AI features and helps shape the design system.

## About

Gabriel ("Gabe") has worked in design for over 10 years and made his way from art direction into product design. Art direction taught him how things should look and feel. Product design taught him to ask why they work, and what their real impact is.

At Verizon Connect he designs Reveal, a fleet management platform used by fleet managers to run a company’s vehicles and drivers. He led the design of its AI insights feature and the redesign of its vehicle page, and he works on agentic, AI-first experiences.

He designs products and ships ideas directly in code using AI tools, and helps other designers do the same by building and shipping prototypes in code.

Before Verizon Connect he designed learning platforms in Brazil: at Cogna, and at Diwe for Parceiro da Construção, a learning platform for construction professionals.

He believes in experimentation and craft, and doesn’t rely on a single idea or method. He is a casual trail runner.
